Featuring a wider frame and seat, and a Safe Working Load of 350kg, the Bariatric Quantum is purpose-built to accommodate larger patients. Aesthetics The Quantum looks like an ‘ordinary’ recliner from common angles. The armrests are fully upholstered.
Compact Footprint Conceals a complicated mechanism inside a small footprint. So it looks simple but does a lot.
Synchronised Seat Tilt For ‘Zero gravity’ relaxed positioning. When the legrest comes up, the seat automatically inclines, so the patient is cradled at a comfortable angle. This allows long periods of sitting without pressure.
Auto Extending Legrest As the legrest comes out, it also extends, the taller users have foot support.
Comfort It goes lower than any other height adjustable treatment recliner with a vertical tuck-away footrest. This means shorter patients are no longer resigned to having their feet dangling off the ground. They can also enter or exit the chair in a normal fashion.
Hands Free Height Adjustment by foot control. It has a full-function handset control and dual (left & right hand side) foot switches for height only.
Infection Control Friendly All upholstery is removable making cleaning and servicing a dream.
Zero gap transfers When the arms are down there is nothing protruding from the seat for clean transfers on/off bed or stretcher.
